Drifting
Ever feel that you’re just ‘drifting’ along? Ever feel that you put so much effort into your career, paying the bills, buying a house, worrying about your kids, making sure your partner is ‘happy’ and yet have a nagging feeling that they’re not?
Does each day seem to overload you with ‘tasks’ and not present you with adventure? Do the last few months seem to have run by in a blur of forgetfulness?
This probably all sounds a bit melancholy, but if this is your reality……….have a think about what would need to happen for your life to change.
Remember when life provided you with challenges that enthused you…….remember when simple things made you happy……….remember when each day was an adventure………
How can we get this naevity back?
How can we look on the world again as a wonderous place?
Challenge yourself to find a moment’s joy today amidst the mundane and see if you can recapture a piece of your childhood……………
What if today was your last day of living and death was to greet you tomorrow? What would you do with your last day? Who would you spend it with? What would you spend your precious last hours doing? What would you want to leave behind?
Often we forget that life is finite. If we lived each day as if it was our last………how would our world change?
Deep and meaningful, maybe………but worth consideration.

Good afternoon. I was looking for info on buying a house and I found this blog. I am not exactly sure why, perhaps you have the term “Buying a house” on your site somwhere. Anyway, i have read through some of your posts and it is very interesting. I have bookmarked your blog and will return next week to see if there are any updates.
Many thanks,
Chris the Lakers fan.
