Today’s program is the continuation of the interview I did with Dream Coach, Leon Nacson.

Leon talks about the difference between dreams and nightmares. He explains how fear manifests itself in our nightmares and gives us a range of terrific strategies to harnass our resources to defeat these fears and understand their meaning.

Leon also talks about getting to know your ‘dark side’ and allowing yourself the permission to sit in the dark space for a while. He talks about embracing the Darth Vader in yourself in order to allow you to fully appreciate the Obe-Wan Kenobi when he returns, just as spring follows winter.

Leon gives me a variety of explainations for a number of dream symbols, particularly ‘magpies’ which I always thought meant that my Aussie rules team (Collingwood) would win………but as those of you from Melbourne will know, this hasn’t happened much lately……………..probably my dreaming of magpies meant something different all together!!!!! Maybe I need to get out the black helmet and embrace the Darth Vader in myself!!!!!
