					<description>This has indeed been a tragic event.  In addition to the families of the victims, my heart goes out to the children of the man who was driving the car.  These small children were left to wander amongst the injured and dead when their father drove off.  They are likely to have  been severely traumatised by what has occurred.  I only hope that anger towards the driver, does not extend to these inocent vicitms.</description>
